Bill is President of GBGroup Construction & Painting.  He is a recognized expert in Community Association Construction, finance and operations.  Bill is extremely active in, and committed to, furthering the education of others in the field of Association Management.  He is a founding member of the California Association of Community Managers, past President of the Bay Area and California North chapter of CAI, past National Trustee of CAI, as well as a member of many committees, instructor for ECHO, CAI, CACM, CAA and RHA. 

Kelly is Owner and president of Divergent Consulting Group. She is a recognized consultant in community association management, providing strategic planning, team building, leadership development, network engagement and other services to CIDs and their business partners throughout the US.

She serves on multiple industry affiliation boards both past and present.  2012 CAI Bay Area-Central California Chapter Board Member, CCAM, CMCA, AMS, 2010 & 2011 CACM Vision Award Nominee, Real Estate Salesperson Licensee.
